Weekly placement

SPENT PLANS

One fixed run each week. This rhythm is used in specific cases. For some dogs, one structured day each week is enough to support a steadier routine.

1X WEEKLY

35 Submissions

$299

/per 4-week cycle

One fixed run day weekly. Four scheduled runs per cycle.

This weekly rhythm is used when a lower schedule is appropriate.

For some dogs, one structured day each week helps support a steadier routine without requiring more frequent work.

The gaps between runs are longer.
That is why this option is more selective.

Even a single weekly block created clearer recovery windows. The predictability has been the biggest change. Wow!
This is the first service that matches my dog’s recovery speed.

The weekly structure removed the uncertainty. Nights feel consistent now no more zoomies inside the house or coming back home to surprise chewed up furniture.
The pacing control is the biggest difference.
Hansely E.
I used to run my dog myself, but the intensity varied too much. SPENT’s steady and consistent weekly rhythm helped him settle again.

Why 1X Weekly is used selectively

One run each week can help, but the gap between structured days is longer.

That means this rhythm is usually best for:

This is not the most common rhythm in SPENT, but it can be the right one in the right case.

WHAT 1X WEEKLY LOOKS LIKE

  • One fixed run day each week
  • Controlled, steady pacing
  • Repeat routes in the dog’s near-home area
  • Capped sessions
  • The same structure repeated week to week

This is a lower weekly rhythm, not a casual version of SPENT.

WHAT OWNERS NOTICE

evenings on SPENT days feel easier and more predictable

a steadier day following the session

their dog settles more cleanly after the session

a routine that feels more anchored than before

some support across the week

Because the gap between runs is longer, this rhythm is not used for most dogs.

WHO 1X WEEKLY IS FOR

WHAT YOU GET EACH WEEK

WHY THIS PLAN WORKS

Most high-drive dogs don’t stabilize through intensity — they stabilize through consistent, paced work delivered at the same time, in the same way, every week.

STRUCTURE

Fixed routes, repeatable pacing, and stable terrain give the dog a predictable workload. This supports steady movement patterns and prevents chaotic bursts.

RECOVERY

Running inside a defined pace band keeps muscles, joints, and stride patterns in a stable range. This produces smooth, real-terrain movement and reduces state spikes.

PACING

After structured work, dogs enter recovery more predictably. Owners commonly notice fewer pacing loops, cleaner transitions at night, and steadier weekly rhythm.

HOW THIS RHYTHM IS EVALUATED

SPENT is evaluated over time.

Not by excitement.
Not by visible tiredness.
Not by a single run.

What matters is how the dog settles after the session and how well the effect holds between runs.

Owners usually know the rhythm is right when:

  • the dog settles well after the run
  • the days after feel easier to manage
  • the longer gap does not create too much drift

SPENT isn’t judged by:

  • obedience changes

  • visible tiredness

  • excitement during the session

  • novelty or stimulation

Those signals fade quickly and aren’t the point.

If the week feels more consistent, the rhythm is right.

If it doesn’t, we adjust frequency or don’t move forward.

That’s why all dogs start with onboarding, not a single session.

HOW 1X FITS WITH THE OTHER OPTIONS

*1× is part of the system, but it is not the standard rhythm for most dogs.

HOW TO BEGIN

All dogs start with onboarding.

Onboarding:
$299 one-time
2 weeks at 2× weekly
4 total runs on fixed days

*If continuing after onboarding, the dog may be placed into 1× Weekly when a lower ongoing rhythm is appropriate.

WHEN TO CONSIDER A DIFFERENT PLAN

You may benefit more from our 2× Weekly Standard Rhythm if:

  • your dog feels best with more frequent work

  • steadiness fades mid-week

  • you want more consistency across all days

UPGRADE:

Standard Rhythm

Two sessions that keep capable dogs consistently steady across the week.

  • do well after sessions but drift mid-week

  • show clearer movement, focus, and recovery with more regular work

  • benefit from structure showing up more than once

This is the most common long-term rhythm for high-drive dogs living modern lives.

Final word

1× Weekly is used when a lower weekly rhythm is enough to support the dog well. It is not the most common rhythm. It is the right rhythm in specific cases.
